Founded in 2016 by payroll expert Dale Wethered, CPP – ECC began as a side project and quickly evolved into a full-service consultancy. Dale brought decades of experience across industries—healthcare, retail, finance, manufacturing, and more—where he learned that no two payroll systems are alike.
